1. Acceptance
Welcome to AlexSoft. By accessing or using alexsoft.top, an AlexSoft account, or related products and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it to these Terms. Do not use the Services if you disagree.
2. The Services
AlexSoft provides software product information, accounts, downloads, licensing, help, and other features introduced over time. Some features may be previews, tests, or works in progress and may change during development. Any separate purchase, subscription, refund, or license terms shown at checkout govern those specific offerings.
3. Accounts and sign-in
- Provide accurate, current information and protect your password, email account, and third-party sign-in accounts.
- Do not share accounts, impersonate others, bypass access controls, or use another person’s account without permission.
- Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy policy. Google is an independent third party and does not represent or warrant AlexSoft.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized account use. We may require identity re-verification to protect an account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful conduct. This includes attacking or disrupting systems, distributing malware, automated interface abuse, bypassing security or licensing controls, scraping non-public data, violating intellectual-property or privacy rights, or helping others do so.
5. Intellectual property
The Services and their software, designs, marks, text, and other content belong to AlexSoft or their respective owners. Unless a product license, open-source license, or written permission says otherwise, these Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right needed for ordinary use of the Services and transfer no ownership.
6. User content and feedback
If the Services let you submit feedback, files, or other content, you retain your rights and confirm that you may submit it. You grant us the limited processing rights needed to provide, secure, and improve the related feature. We may use suggestions and general feedback without charge to improve products, but this does not permit us to disclose your personal information.
7. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party infrastructure or identity providers such as Cloudflare, Google, and Resend and may link to third-party sites. Those services are controlled by their providers and governed by their terms. We reasonably select and manage providers but do not control their continued availability.
8. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services for maintenance, security, compliance, or product improvement and will give advance notice of material changes when reasonably practical. We may restrict or terminate access if you breach these Terms, threaten users or the Services, or if legally required. You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion under the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for every particular purpose. Preview or test features may be unstable and should not be used for critical work without appropriate backups and risk assessment. Nothing here excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AlexSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity. A restriction applies only to the extent permitted where law does not allow it. Nothing limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability that law does not permit us to limit.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws having jurisdiction over the relationship between you and the service provider, without removing mandatory consumer protections. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute informally; unresolved disputes will be handled by the court or dispute-resolution body having jurisdiction under applicable law.
12. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms and post the new effective date here. We will provide additional notice of materially adverse changes when reasonably practical. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to privacy@alexsoft.top.
